By accessing or using CaVaAI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

CaVaAI provides tools to tailor CVs/resumes to job descriptions using AI‑assisted features. We continuously improve and may change features from time to time.

3. Accounts and Security

  • You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or reverse engineer the Service.
  • Do not misuse the Service to generate deceptive or fabricated experience.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service.
  • All Service materials (software, UI, branding) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features may require payment. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are generally non‑refundable except where required by law.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee interview outcomes or job offers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or misuse the Service.
